To connect a ZMCT102 sensor to an microcontroller board, the output signal from the CT sensor needs to be converted into the measurable range of microcontroller analog inputs signal range, which is +ve voltage between 0V and the ADC reference voltage (5V if no ADC Reff is supplied) .
To do this job the below circuit diagram is used,
The output of ZMCT102 is a current signal of 2.5ma, which needs to be converted to a voltage signal using a burden resistor. See the calculation of Burdon resistor of SCT-013 for reference.
