Role Summary

InnovatorsGuru is calling all innovative, action-oriented, people-loving, big thinkers. Urgent job opening for the position of Field Sales and Marketing Executive with 0-2 Yrs EXP in Pune Location-Preferably looking for candidates who have basic knowledge of Technical terms of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Feel free to apply!

This individual will be highly technical, customer focused and self-motivated in providing technical support of InnovatorsGuru products and Proects to customers. he/she will own the technical relationship with a customer and be responsible for managing the technical issue resolution from inception to conclusion, including all communications (case status updates, technical reports) and technical investigation (materials/equipment for customer investigation, root cause analysis).

Essential Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the growth and prosperity of the organization
  • Professionally create, maintain and increase revenues within the designated territory by favorably influencing the targeted customers.
  • Responsible for following the professional code of conduct at any point of time and contribute sincerely towards the growth and development of the company
  • Achievement of budgeted revenues in the respective geographies.
  • Responsible for all sales & marketing activities conducted.
  • Provide customized value added services depending on the customer needs Competition mapping & market research.


  • Qualifications/Requirements:Sales Qualifications:- BE/B.Tech, BBA/BBM, MBA, BSc, BCA, BSW, BEd, BFA, B.Com Experience/fresher’s
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience in Electrical Field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to set up environments for reproducing reported problems
  • Results-oriented problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent ability to work well with customers and teams
  • Self-starter with exceptional analytical/problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
